Refund Policies

Tulüm Late Night has implemented a No Refund Policy for all ticket sales, except in the case of event cancellation or when the company is responsible for any issues. If an event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or significantly modified, refunds will be initiated for all ticket holders. In situations where the company is found responsible for errors or issues impacting the ticket purchase or event attendance, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

However, in non-refundable circumstances such as personal changes, inability to attend, mistaken purchases, or loss/damage of tickets, no refunds will be provided.

Ticket transfers to another individual are allowed, but Tulum Late Night will not be held responsible for any issues arising from such transfers.
